Terms of Service

Fair use of MockMindset

These terms describe the rules for using the website, accounts, assessment tools and Learning content.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using MockMindset, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The platform is intended for adult project professionals and candidates. Users who cannot independently agree under applicable law require valid parent or guardian involvement.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, protect access to your email account and never share a login OTP. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Permitted use

MockMindset grants you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for lawful study and exam preparation. You may not scrape, systematically download, republish, sell, copy or create a competing question bank from platform content; bypass access or security controls; automate abusive traffic; or interfere with other users.

4. Educational content

Questions, explanations, progress estimates and Learning articles are educational materials, not official examination content or professional advice. Content may be corrected, retired or updated as standards and examination outlines change. No score, streak or completion status guarantees examination eligibility or success.

5. User contributions and future Community features

If Community features are offered, you retain ownership of your original contribution while granting MockMindset a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and improving the service. Do not post confidential, infringing, abusive, deceptive or unlawful material. We may moderate, restrict or remove contributions and accounts that breach these rules.

6. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We aim to preserve learner progress but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep independent records of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will meet every learner’s needs. MockMindset is not responsible for an official exam decision, certification outcome or indirect loss caused by reliance on practice material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.

9. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or statutory rights, disputes should first be raised with support@mockmindset.com in an attempt to resolve them informally.

These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch and updated with the final legal entity, registered address and dispute forum.
